Refund Policy
To get a refund, you have to email or call our customer service. Note: you will be asked identification questions. If you fail to identify yourself, the refund won't be made. Sold tickets for an event are refunded according to the following regulations:
- You may return a ticket bought ONLY from TicketVISA.com and only if an event is cancelled, otherwise refund is not made under no conditions. Read all the information and be careful buying tickets.
- Tickets may be refunded only according to the prior agreement with a promoter/organizer of an event. NO EXCEPTIONS POSSIBLE!
- To return a ticket and get a refund you have to show us a receipt and ID.
- Returning a ticket the service fee is not refunded! Only a ticket cost is refunded!
- If a date of an event is changed and a customer is not satisfied, a customer gets a ticket refund but no service fee is refunded.
- If a ticket has been sold with a discount, cost of tickets are refunded according to the discount. Service fee is not refunded.
The purchased tickets are delivered by post mail or personally only if an event promoter delivers them to customers. Under certain conditions TicketVISA.com can mail the tickets via post or deliver to customers. Otherwise, all the tickets purchased are listed in a Will-Call List and distributed before an event. All the customers after purchasing tickets receive a confirmation letter with the exact instructions when and where the tickets are distributed for the event.
